i figured their kin_umineko had more to do with posting/retweeting umineko fanart

Artist's Pixiv profile confirms this.

Twitterのアカウントはジャンルによって分けています

"My Twitter accounts are divided according to genre."

Usually, for potentially ambiguous names, and if I don't want to think too much (or track down multiple artist accounts for an 'ideal' name or fanart "circle" group), I'll just combine the Pixiv display nickname with the staac ID qualifier. So 392_(mnej7252) in this case.

Artist: 遙

遙 = haru or haruka. QQ (企鹅) 1509562516.
Other URLs: https://sketch.pixiv.net/@1509562516 https://huaban.com/weibo455559735/
Recommend name: haruka_(1509562516)

P.S. Some works signed "Franky" and "Franklin". These inscriptions are not everywhere and do not fall under the translation of the nickname, so it may be a mistake to use.

Updated

post #2719456 has been tagged as being by arizuka_(13033303) by both BrokenEagle98 and RaisingK, but I still find that very hard to believe. A quick glance at the artist's other pictures should reveal that this post looks nothing like any of them. I also strongly doubt that the post is some very early, immature work, since the source Pixiv post (where nothing arizuka-like can be found) was apparently made in May 2017, at least a year after arizuka's style had matured (see e.g. post #2336061). It seems like the "source data" feature is attributing post #2719456 to arizuka, but can't it be mistaken?

I'm not quite sure of that one. It was pulled straight from Google Translate's result.

Furthermore, artist apparently is a mangaka for a series titled "ELEKID" on Pixiv.

Romanization looks fine, but the order was backwards by our typical standards of keeping surname first. I've reversed it.

There's an existing tag and artist entry for the same artist (yocchan5732, using the Twitter handle), though only one (deleted) post is tagged with it.
