implication for cross-laced_sandals

the former is a style of the latter, so it would make sense for an implication

In the spirit of topic #14395, this tag should just be aliased to cross-laced_footwear. Add the ankle_lace-up and/or sandals tags manually where necessary. This tag has far too many posts that obviously aren't sandals for us to automatically tag sandals.

I'm fine with having a tag for this since it's a distinct style of sandal. The tag is small enough that the mistags can be fixed by hand. Half of them are probably just autocomplete errors.

I would argue though these sandals should be tagged as ankle lace-ups rather than cross-laced footwear (see topic #17670). Compare cross-laced sandals with gladiator sandals, which also have ankle straps except they're usually horizontal instead of criss-crossing.
