remove implication ankle_lace-up -> cross-laced_footwear
An ankle lace-up is when there are ribbons wrapped around a person's ankle or lower shin. This is usually with a particular type of sandals or heels, but sometimes the person can be completely barefoot. See ankle_lace-up barefoot.
The other problem is that cross-laced footwear is usually for sneakers or boots with shoelaces tied in a criss-cross pattern. Having your shoelaces tied a certain way and having ribbons around your legs are two very different things.
