Beats me. I guess I trusted the URL matching thing a bit too much. Looking at it now, I'm not sure how it can be verified.
I found what is probably Cururu's gallery and it looks like there's no real way to link an image URL with a page like you can with, say, DeviantArt or pixiv. Oh well.
In unrelated news, I came upon post #946200 which SauceNao traces to nigiriushi

Odd thing happened here.
I uploaded from this page https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=69845178 using the bookmarklet and did not get the BANNED ARTIST notice. I would not go ahead if I got the warning.
Then I submit post #3236128 and told it is.
You might have to delete it, but I don't know why it wasn't flagged.
It has been approved in the moderation queue.
