Anyone have any idea how to tag this new meme?
Maybe just use the Pixiv tag?

Hat jumping up in surprise.
It's sort of like hat loss, but I think one's hat coming off due to surprise rather than wind or gravity is distinctive enough to need its own tag. Maybe something like hat popping?

I feel like there should be a tag for a character becoming a body part (is there something already for this concept?), like in Midori no Hibi. Similar to fusion I guess, but more specific.
A combination of conjoined and objectification, perhaps?

We don't really need to qualify it with "(meme)", do we? It seems unlikely that this phrase will ever be used for another tag.

Whether memes should be qualified with "_(meme)" was argued in topic #10381 to no real conclusion. The majority aren't though. Also, I think most tags for phrases like this use English instead of Japanese.

What is she holding?
tebo_(utensil) or suinou_(utensil).
The former is a modern(?) jargon. The latter also means "fabric water bags".

Should an image of Izumi Sagiri with the words エロマンガ先生 on be tagged with copyright name or character name or both? Given that this is both the name of the series and her pen name.

I've seen this sex move a few times before on the site but, do we have a tag for when the penis is rubbing against a single nipple?

penis_to_nipple I believe it's called... although on pixiv they use the tag 乳首ズリ, chikubizuri

Does solo focus apply when secondary characters are blurry, as if out of the "camera's" focus?

Usually yes, but in this specific image, the 2nd owl's reaction is just as important so, probably not here.
