midori no hibi
Midori no Hibi, also known as Midori Days, is an eight-volume fantasy manga series written and drawn by Inoue Kazurou, later adapted into a 13-episode anime.
The central characters are Sawamura Seiji, a tough but lonely delinquent known for beating people up with his "Devil's Right Hand," and Kasugano Midori, a shy girl who (apparently due to her unrequited love for Seiji) wakes up one morning in a miniature-sized version of her real body, attached to Seiji's arm where his right hand was.
Adding to the complications are numerous characters with designs (usually romantic, but not always) on Seiji, the original Midori, or the Midori on Seiji's arm. Primary among these is Ayase Takako, a strait-laced classmate of Seiji's who initially despises him as a delinquent, but after he rescues her from a gang, develops a deep secret crush on him and starts a series of increasingly outlandish schemes to win his affection.
