Also, if we know of a PSD or PDF that was uploaded as a JPG/GIF or had some other error, how should we handle reuploading...? Redo the conversion, upload it to a image sharing site, then post it in a thread...? And should we use this thread...?

Yeah all of the above, but I was also thinking of image conversion errors. For instance, the PDFs in pool #7425 require cropping to look halfway decent. One time I was a bit off-center in the margins (post #1585651), but it wasn't noticeable at all since the white background of Danbooru blends with the white background of the comic, so I never bothered with reuploading.
