Do we have a thread for people who are abusing the flagging system? I checked the first few pages of Vandalism under forums and found nothing. Found this little gem flagged post #2482492

I think that the moderators should be dealing with the flag abuse with dmail warnings and bans, rather than publicizing the names of the perpetrators in a thread.
"Pure girl shouldn't be lewded tbh.."
So that is the flag we're talking about.
And that is basically the same as "Porn", "Loli" etc. Those don't happen too often, but they happen.
Just a little DMail should be sufficient, but some users already received feedback when they abused the system. So....:>

Be sure to include a link to safebooru.donmai.us. :>

protip: if you link using the relative path (everything after "donmai.us") people will stay on whatever subdomain they were already.
I might be misunderstanding something more fundamental, but that is why I was saying to use the relative path. If someone wants to stay on safebooru, they get to stay on safebooru. If someone, like me, doesn't care to go to safebooru, I can stay on whatever server I want.
I've derailed this too much already. If dmails and warnings have no effect, a thread would be even less effective. A thread would only have use as a reporting location.
The point was that the person in question is using a "standard" donmai server, but is apparently unable to handle lewdity and so the "don't flag posts for being lewd" message sent to them should also contain a link to Safebooru where they shall be protected from the lewd.
Flags by their nature are already kinda self-moderating in that unless a "regular" approver quickly and silently approves the image, a mod or admin is gonna see it. They ought to be handled as any other vandalism; a message or neutral record informing them of how to fix their behavior, then applications of the ban hammer if they don't improve.
Don't know what you mean. And the reason "the other works of this artist are looking the same" is off when you compare post #2474777 and post #2469046.
But yeah, there are some artists that have...a questionable style. I could flag all of them if I want to in few minutes, but I only look at everyday's uploads for now.

It's more than the generic reason given applies to whole bodies of work as that's the artist's style... such as sakazaki_freddy whose work is good, but his art style would be considered subpar using the justification in the posts of mine which were flagged.
The only reason I brought that up here, along with mass flagging, is because of the potential to flag abuse, and unless the admits or mods keep track of flaggers who apply the same complaint constantly to posts by he same artist or uploaded by the same person, could make it harder to chase down abuse of this type.
Maybe once that issue to set up separation of posts by user level is fine, then a "flag abuse" thread could be created, just like a "problem Contributor" thread could be set up - out of sight for less drama than the recent threads about Contributors have created.
As for niwatazumi, post #553891 and post #1272010 along with most of the Meiling Cosplays As pool (pool #6367) are of similar quality to post #2469045. Many of those have a lot of favourites and decent scores, and were approved.

Wow, those two posts are 7 and 4 years old. Of course their quality is a bit letdown compared with current time.
