Resisting

Pushing face would be applicable (that implicates pushing away which can be used when if they're not pushing the face specifically).

I added this one (Schrobby added the resisting tag). To be completely sure^^.

How would you tag that creature on her shoulder? One of the dragon/lizard/reptile? It's probably some kind of a small/baby dragon, but I don't think we have a tag for it, and not enough details/characteristics are visible anyhow.

And regarding the girl herself, she is probably dragon_girl but I'm not sure we see enough in the picture to justify the tag.

I'd tag the creature dragon since it looks like a baby one. The girl's horns are similar to the dragon's and the eye color is matching as well, so tagging dragon_girl should be fine.

Is this an overly huge babydoll or a pink_dress? I tagged it with babydoll, because it does splt it two over her stomach, but I'm not quite sure.

I've seen this on multiple posts but could never nail a name down on the skirt thing like she's wearing.

That should be a showgirl_skirt.
E: Well, or not since this one doesn't cover the rear :/.

Close enough imo, just a design variation that provides a similar effect.

The front-and-center girl is surrounded by several other scenes. Is there a name for this kind of composition?

Some other examples I can think of (that aren't on here) are the boxart for Mega Man ZX Advent and the boxart for Deus Ex Human Revolution
