Well, it's a regular opening to inspect the mechanical parts so maybe not one of those but, if nothing else is close...

Monochrome and partially colored... are these two terms mutually exclusive? Ex. post #2345474.

I found that the Japanese term seems to be アンダースコート when looking this up before (they're often in images of cheerleaders and tennis uniforms though usually just tagged "panties").

Yep, they are, since it's in between monochrome and colored. If a post is mostly monochome with just a bit of color use monochrome & spot_color instead. I just noticed that this is mistagged quite often.

Shackles to me are a studier form and handcuffs. While manacles are cuffs connected to a chain usually tied up to something or were tied up to something

But honestly I think they are pretty interchangeable from what I'm reading

The hair tousle tag is being used in all sorts of wrong ways. Tousling someone's hair is more specific than merely touching their hair.
