Why not just pout then?
Yeah, I guess I should have added that already. I just thought there would be a tag for the specific expression as well, but I guess not.

Is there a tag for lifting another person's eyelids, like Haruhi is doing in post #101096?

People keep removing the yuri tag from post #2305207 after I add it back, so I was wondering whether or not the post should have the tag.
There is both hetero and yuri action going on separately in the post after all.

I believe it also properly qualifies as yuri, given that the acts are occurring separately from the hetero acts, and thus aren't under bisexual.
Looking at the tag changes for the post and on several of the images under a hetero yuri search, there are certainly some very active users purging anything from the yuri tag that has male or even tentacle involvement somewhere in the image.

The equivalent for the mouth is forced smile. There isn't really something for eyes. I only found 1 post with holding_eyes_open.

How is that "bubble" called in which Lelouch is (I don't know how to describe that :/).

I would go with a simple inset.

I read the tag somewhere before, but can't recall it: The white things on the shorts.

mosaic's wiki reads like that of an ambiguous tag. Is it actually "ok" to use?

I don't see why not.
Frankly, I'm more of the thought that it's one of those tags/wikis that nevet got bothered with since that technique without it being mosaic_censoring is so rare as to not being worth the bother. Other than its current note to use mosaic_censoring when talking about the much more common use of the technique.
As is I went through the tiny number of images and cleaned up some where it should have been a censoring tag, cutting downon an already tiny number of images. It does seem to be the tag used for post #2103727 and post #2004547 though, which are the sort of thing Provence was looking for.
But if it shouldn't be used it shouldn't be used.

So far as I understand, those are characters from a TV drama (live action). For now, I tagged with the actors' names since that's what was tagged on Pixiv, but I'm not sure if that's the correct choice here
