Nope; A nurse's dress or scrub(s) dress are terms that could be (and are) used, but there's no universal formal term for what she's wearing.
Most of them here on Danbooru, after going through existing examples, are usually just tagged nurse without tagging the clothes entirely (you'd think they'd be tagged dress, but not usually), just going through the Nurse images.

The pill tag is currently serving as a catchall tag for all compressed drugs like that, regardless of shape, so yes. Not seperating pills from lozenges, tablets, caplets, capsules, or etc.
