This is hanfu and im very confused especially by the "black hakama" tag, the black skirt in the image barely even has pleats. Even then pleated skirts exist in hanfu too.

็งปๅไธญ basically means "while moving," so the first one would work fine, but the second fits better with the Touhou loading screen aesthetic.

They also added the copytag and crossover. I removed them because I don't see any evidence for them in the image or commentary, but now I'm wondering if there was more to this than a simple tag mixup.
