Series of open-world action games developed by Ryuu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. Originally known outside of Japan as the Yakuza series, before switching to Like a Dragon after the 7th mainline game.
The series is famous for the contrast between the serious main stories and comical side stories, numerous minigames, as well as tie-in with several real life Japanese brands.
