It's a Konkurs. You can tell because of the slight bulge towards the end of the missile tube, which affords the Konkurs twice the range (4km vs 2km). According to the commentary the author intended to draw a Kornet but looked up the wrong reference image.
@Hime_Poni can you elaborate on the artist situation? Not saying you're wrong, but to me this looks like Teshima Nari's style. I couldn't find an explcit confirmation bu that's not required if it can be dedued based on style.

I see what you mean with how it's credited. I actually mostly referenced post #7427656, but based on the stylistic differences this one would be mistagged too, so that's not very helpful. Thanks for the clarification, I've updated the posts.
Crazy how before not knowing any vtuber to now being deep in the rabbit hole not that I complain but life really take a good turn for me finding all the vtuber and amazing artist who drew them thank you
