The commentary is the same as the image text. Google translate said "girls on the move" for it, so I guess it could be translated as "girls are moving."

The irony, here? In the official crossover material with Cyberpunk, Dana is listed as having been part of Morgan Blackhand's crew AND having been Johnny's bodyguard for some of his gigs. So this scene? There's a really good chance it actually happened!
