Minor South Park character. A handicapped boy who can only say his name (though later game adaptations reveal he's actually quite smart and eloquent, but because of his speech impediment he can't show it). Was intended to be a one-shot and gag character in "The Tooth Fairys Tats 2000", but would end up becoming one of the most iconic characters in the franchise.
