A type of nabe dish, cooked over a direct fire at the table in a nabe hot pot.
Sukiyaki contains thinly-sliced beef, green vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, spring onion, and (often) noodles, in a soy sauce, sugar (food), mirin, and sake cooking broth. It is usually served with raw egg for dipping.
