A ready-to-eat food composed of instant noodles, typically ramen noodles, sold with packets that have flavoring powder, seasoning oil, etc., contained in a plastic pack, or bag for larger noodles or for housing multiple smaller packs. Most require no cooking, so you just add to a bowl, add hot water, and cover and wait for three minutes before eating, but others may require stovetop cooking for three minutes.
Because the noodles are already cooked, the instant noodle block can be eaten directly from the pack to comedic results.
