ピーマン肉詰め piman_nikuzume
A dish made of hollowed jalapeno pepper or bell pepper filled with meat and other stuffings depending on the variation. The Japanese version, called Piman Nikuzume, is stuffed with a ground meat mixture and pan-fried.
