One Piece character. "Whitebeard" is the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates, one of the Four Emperors, the rival and friend of the late Pirate King Gol D. Roger, and known as the strongest man in the world.
Having consumed the Gura Gura no Mi Devil Fruit, he has the power to create shockwaves, spawning earthquakes and tsunamis, and even "cracking" the air itself.
In the battle at Marineford, he was killed by "Blackbeard", who took his power and title for himself.
