A South Park character. He is the sweet, good-natured, innocent, sensitive, effeminate and idealistic little boy of the school, if a bit socially awkward. His reputation makes him a frequent target for harassment, bullying, manipulation and exploitation by the more mature and foul-mouthed boys — especially Cartman — in addition to being the only child of his two Abusive Parents, Stephen and Linda. Despite his regular humiliations, Butters can still grow a spine at the most unexpected of moments.
