A type of dumpling commonly eaten in China and other parts of East Asia.
It has various regional various names and recipes:
- Chinese version - shuijiao (boiled dumplings), zhengjiao (steamed dumplings), guotie (potstickers)
- Japanese version - gyouza
- Korean version - mandu
