The Triumph
There is a hypothesis that the early RKKA uniform was in fact created by the Tsar's government specifically for the Victory Parade in Berlin and Constantinople
I doubt the accuracy of this version myself but it sounds kinda fun, so I thought why not make a pic of a WW1's 'happy ending'
