I got a Skeb commission for a cold and freezing Misty.
I'm grateful for the abundant brushes in Procreate.

Provided you have no problem with cold fetishism, I'd like to make a request.
The character is Misty from Pokémon.
The costume should be from the first Pokémon anime, and the amount of skin exposure should be about the same as in the following illustration:

The character is dressed as above, and has come to an extrememly cold region where it is snowing, and she is shivering and struggling to endure the cold.
She should have no scarf, gloves, or other winter gear, and shouldn't have Togepi or any other luggage. Her whole body should be visible down to her toes, and have snow clinging to various parts of her body.
