"Magic Tome delivery for Witch O'neill!" Squawked the raven as he fluttered into the overgrown herb garden. The witch and her familiar had just returned from harvesting a cluster of fly traps and was about to step inside her workshop when the bird arrived. The raven's timing always had been rather perfect.
I finally wrapped up this witchy piece for simoneferriero's #ohmywitch challenge... and I missed the deadline by like 2 weeks! lol!
But she was fun to draw and this piece was a good one to push myself to do more loose props and background to create a little scene. Its still not something I am super comfortable with still, but I want to continue pushing the backgrounds every once and a while to keep improving and to tell more story! I really like how pieces like this almost look like the could be in some sort of story book.
