(Death Girl)
Different from the original setting of the Touhou, I painting the Flandre in a gothic style, symbolizing her dark and destructive power, but at the same time uses bright colors to symbolize the vitality of her tender appearance.
I abandoned the previous painting method that use a lot of color plus dots and lines, drawing this painting in a more traditional way. But painting only one or two colors in a large color block is not my style. So I used a lot of similar colors and blended them together, trying to create a feeling of "the clothes that are obviously black, but look very colorful".
I finally have some free time recently, so I can put my mind back to painting. After two months, I feel that my thinking logic has changed, I still need to spend more time practicing color matching and how to "ignore" details, paying too much attention to details will always make the painting look very stiff, these problems require more practice to overcome.
