COWABUNGA!!!

This has definitely been one of my most challenging Crossover drawings. I have really been challenging myself with these highly detailed backgrounds and difficult character poses, as well as spending more time on textures and shading. Even after three weeks it's presentation is still really messy, so probably need to look up tutorials for lighting in cartoon settings. However I am still happy with how this came out, and I always enjoy coming up with a story for each of my Crazy Cartoon Crossover drawings. The surprising thing is that there are only 38 characters in here. I thought about including more but I may wait for comments to see who I missed out since I excluded most character that I am not familiar with. Maybe this is one I will come back to and add characters I missed based on your comments.
