さっきまで帯飾りにじゃれついていた子犬が寝息を立てる。すると次は自分の番だと、もう１匹が身を乗り出す。
怯えさせないよう、そっと手を伸ばす。

「…あぁ。あたたかい」

見ないふりしていた記憶と一緒なんだ。
触れたらあたたかくて、やわらかなものと、きっとまた出会える…今はそんな未来を信じてみたいと思っている。

As one puppy falls asleep, the other snuggles closer, as if to say it's his turn to receive some pets. I reach my hand out slowly so as not to frighten it. "You're so warm..."
