Emptiness Cloaked in Darkness - The Garo
As brief as it was, I think the lore of Ikana canyon was probably some of the best in Majora's Mask; two undead kingdoms, locked in conflict with one another, unaware that their war had ended ages ago.
And the Garo were always one of my favorite enemies, and I figured that it couldn't hurt to practice an action shot with one! And to properly learn lighting in a full scene.
I tried to keep the stalfos' design consistent with Igos' servants, and I took some elements from the Gerudo, namely the gauntlets and the bannered boots on one of them. I also opted to not design them with human skulls, and decided to lean more toward a more bestial design, given how different Stalchildren and other similar enemies look from regular human skeletons. (Which can even be found in MM in a couple places.)
As for the Garo Robe, I thought it'd actually make sense to add certain details based off of Majora and the Stone Tower. Since I always figured they were all connected.
Hope you like it!
