The 20th of September is Sky Day! The kanji for "sky" can be read as "utsuho", and it's in fact how Utsuho's name is written. It's also the "kuu" in "Okuu" for that matter.
On this day, back in 1911, a Yamada-type airship managed to stay airborne for around an hour over the skies of Tokyo!
