POV: The swamp air sticks to your skin in the mid-July heat. You woke up late, engorged on flies you ate the night before. Through the shadows of the brush you hear curious croaks, some commotion is nearby. Typical of you to miss out like this. You scrabble out from your cover to investigate. Your brother and his friend Marty are staring at the surface of the water. You draw nearer and see the strange blue orb - inside, a frog is trapped. It chirps rapidly signaling distress, though you can’t be sure. You are just a frog. You have no idea what’s going on. You eat a fly that was idling nearby.
