Saturday Night Fever - more correctly, Saturday Night Overkill
This painting of Iku followed post #601472.
While I was drawing, I thought up this title. That night, I had a dream of the members of the Overkill wearing tartan-trimmed outfits singing 'Night Fever' except the melody was of *that other song* instead.
When I woke up, I felt like dying...
This famous aircraft was one of the few planes that played an active role as a true "fighter-bomber aircraft = aircraft which can read the atmosphere" On the other hand, however, it was ridiculously expensive.
It lacked speed (Note: this is probably a mistake and should be "It lacked cruising range,") but its firepower was outstanding, and its bulletproof protection was also excellent, making it seem incomprehensible how small ships could sink from machine-gun fire.
By the way... is this plane a fish, lol, with its flat oblong body?! lolol
Actually, if you try painting it with the tricolor scheme of US Navy, however you look at it, it looks just like a tuna! In this image, I tried coloring the P-47's (the engine cowl,) and "fins" (the horizontal and vertical tailplanes) red as a feature of the oarfish.
