After seeing Herbie in his situation, Tracker comes to his rescue. And if it's one thing that cats don't like when it comes to dogs, it's when they come in barking.

After the cats leave (for the moment), Herbie gets himself together and tries to find a way to make the torture tools tickling Chase, Marshall, Aid, and Skye stop. He walks over to the crystal ball that he found suspicious earlier, and he puts a paw on it. To his amazement, a picture of a feather appeared on the ball. What does this mean, and what will it do? Will Herbie figure it out? And will he and Tracker be able to help their friends?
