This this sentence made me feel calm when she said it. Encore is like a person who guides others with her light and enthusiasm and this gave me idea to make this outfit for her. The design is inspired by sheep herder outfit with some addition of other designs/tools and encore's original color pallette with some magenta color on it for contrast. She also brings her favorite book that she read along with Cloudy and Cosmos.
