Dining on the famous dishes of Hirosaki
From left...
・Jappa-jiru (No matter what you say, the one with organs are delicious (smile))
Soup made using entire codfish, including head, bones, and innards
・Ooma-brand tuna (This isn't Hirosaki though but...)
・Ikamenchi Fried squid cutlets (This is hard to make)
・Shellfish Yakimiso (Personally, I think egg miso is more Tsugaru-like but it's not as visually-appealing so I went with shellfish yakimiso (smile))
・Apple
There's also things like red oinari-san or sweet red rice or Tsugaru-tsuke (pickled vegetables), etc etc, lots of delicious things so please try eating them~!
I hope Hirosaki will always have official collabs with Sakura Miku forever in the future...! Pleasure working with you m(__)m
