Bete Noire (Betty) (w/ Speedpaint)
Speedpaint!: www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWO31R…
The "Black Beast" a disgusting creature made to end humanity and monster kind as a whole through Fear.
Now I want to clarify a couple of things concerning Betty and the last episode "Dust".
As it was explained in the last animation. Betty is a "thing" made out of Bravery's soul. She's not a human, and she's not a monster either. To put it simple.
Monsters are made of magic and their soul
Humans are made of flesh and their soul
Betty is made of magic but with a physical body.
She doesn't have human organs or anything, she just LOOKS human.
You could say Bravery is her "mother" for creating her. What bravery did was seal this creature that would only wake up as soon as the barrier gets destroyed. She didn't know when it'd happen, but Betty was made to make sure that, whenever it happened, humans and monsters would be destroyed.
.................
Another thing to clarify, you all know by now that IN MY OPINION, Gaster is most likely Sans and Papyrus' father. Having this said, you guys know that monsters, do NOT age normally.
Monsters only age when they have children, because their children drain the magic from their parents to "grow up". That's why monsters age.
So, when Gaster lost his blue eye, meaning that Sans died. He gained back 50% of his power. It did NOT make him weaker. It made him STRONGER.
Also, you noticed how Sans got 2 blue eyes right before teleporting right? Well, Sans at this point was able to create Determination by himself to save the future of Asriel at the cost of his own.
Sans has always been lazy and laid back about everything, because he knew there was no point in trying.
But he knows that this timeline won't get reset, at least not without a chance of getting erased. That gives him the motivation he needs to fight for what's right and defend his friends and loved ones more than anything. He was able to create his own determination, enough to give him strength and do the sacrifice.
I'll miss his puns
