原作42話の扉絵でみはりの幼少期の姿がありましたが、まひろちゃんも女の子で生まれていたら
お母さんが親馬鹿ぶりを発揮したであろうという妄想を具現化しました。

お昼寝しているまひろの髪に、茶目っ気でヘアピンで止めて「可愛い～」っと自己満足していたママンだったが
寝起きのまひろがぬいぐるみハグしてる姿を見た瞬間。
ズキューンって心が締め付けられるぐらいの衝撃が走った。
娘が可愛すぎる・・・
ママンはすかさずその可愛い姿を納めるべくカメラを構えるが
愛くるしい姿が中々うまく撮れなくて戸惑っているのであった。

We saw Mihari as a child in the frontpiece of chapter 42, so I imagined Mahiro being born as a girl and his mom being a doting parent, and turned it into reality.

While Mahiro was having a nap, mom has playfully put some hairclips in her hair, and is feeling proud thinking "so cute~".
And now she sees Mahiro wake up and hug the stuffed toy, and a shock makes her heart go "squee". Her daughter is way too cute...
Wasting no time, she prepares a camera to preserve this adorable scene,
but she can't take it properly and she gets worked up.
