I'm back!!!
This is a request I left for under the pile for a long time, I finished the rough draft a long time ago, but only recently have I reworked the a section in the middle
I used the commissioner's Commandant depiction, the story is likely following up the Witch Bianca chapter, didn't look too much into the details in the reference, might possibly have out-of-character moments, but I wanted to draw so I drew it, please understand
The split scenes in the manga is rather unbearable to see.. it's really difficult,,
The following work might will rework the details of from this, and to be sent all together again, but that's for a future talk
The next chapter is the real show, I'm also learning how to draw to make it look more meaty realistic, hoping that when it does come out it will have a better reception
