Notebook No.58: Resolute (3 JAN – 15 JAN 2015)

Cover Explanation: After Watching Giant Robo, I moved onto another Imagawa/Yokoyama project; the Tetsujin anime made in 2004. After watching the first few episodes, I drew this cover, featuring Dr. Franken Stein (possibly the most thinly-veiled expy name ever??? XD). The eyes behind him belong to his giant robot, Black Ox.

'Tetsujin 28-Go (2004)' was written and directed by Yasuhiro Imagawa, and was based on the works of Mitsuteru Yokoyama.
