Here's my concept/redesign of Scorpion. No overly dramatic changes, but I always wanted to see Scorp going back to a simpler look, something that looks Japanese, and also similar to his MK1 appearance. Hopefully this will be the first of an ongoing 'series' of new concepts for various MK characters...
