普通の人には無理なパターンなんで、まあ仕方ないですね(笑)
このへんは自営業のいいところではあります。

体重は、最初にいきなり来た停滞期を越えたあとは順調に減りました。
あんまり急激に減らしてもよろしくないので、ゆっくりと月に2～3キロのペースに抑えました。
ダイエット前の健康診断で引っかかって呼び出し食らって行った、市の健康管理の人には「それ、ぜんぜんゆっくりじゃねーです！」とは言われましたが(^^;)
月500グラムくらいが「ゆっくり」らしいです(^^;)

This pattern would be asking too much of normal people, so it can't be helped. :-) This is one of the nice things about being self-employed.

Once I got past the initial plateau I abruptly reached, my weight decreased steadily. It's not good to lose weight too quicklly, so I kept it to a slow pace of 2-3 kg per month. Though the city health care worker who called me out there for a physical exam before my diet told me, "That's not slow at all!" (^^;) Apparently "slow" means about 500g per month. (^^;)
