I've been working on this on and off since I came back to Ireland. I finally only finished now while listening to the FF livestream concert from Germany that superspacemonkey kindly linked to me. :) (Smile)

It's been an old idea of mine after I was playing with the phrase Bella Italia in my mind. XD Bella (beautiful) is Italian and Edward sounds like quite a German name. It's just a bad pun. XD

I copied the official Twilight movie poster. Italy's ahoge isn't very thick because I thought I would try to keep it more natural. The hardest part was the clothes. SAI's brushes can't really imitate the rough cloth of Edward/Germany's jacket very well. XP
Italy took the longest to do with his conspicuous hair and face. It was hard to make Germany not seem like a psychopath; I was going more for an embarrassed look for him. Hope it all turned out.

Sorry for not posting. I'm still working on that painting of China at the Great Wall. It's always at the clothes that I lose motivation. ORZ

Lineless painting is quite hard but I sort of discovered a way to start with my regular sketch and build from that.
