Round 1 in NT10: Kamijou Touma vs. the Accelerator. Not much to say here other than since there's a big black frame next to the characters, it limits the amount things I need to do, which is a relief because that NT9 image was a pain in the butt to do, hair and folds takes time to do.

Here I tried to capture the overcast or cloudy weather of what would normally occur in a snowy day. I made up an entire background for this illustration, and is likely to expand more when I do the next illustration. Moreover, this overcast or cloudy weather makes the time where this scene takes place ambiguous, easily allowing me to color the next illustration of outside scenes with pretty much the same ambiance until the narrative says that it "night time" or "sunset".

Finally, here's the return of those lightning effects (that I haven't done in a long time) through Accelerator's "wings". Hopefully, this doesn't disappoint.
