The illustration is taken from the part where Fuse=KAZAKIRI is activated by Aleister Crowley in Academy City as a counterattack against the Roman Catholics and Vento of the Front.

About the work:
Specifically requested this time to be done by me.

Of course it has lightning in it and my usual style with it, cut back on the glowing a little though. All other lights (building lights) are yellow or bluish instead on how it was portrayed on the anime since I judged Academy City's appearance similar to Singapore city.
