If you search for something like "Skull optical illusion", I think it's obvious but they're all drawings of something that composes a skull. There are so many of these that I thought "Why not instead draw something that's a good omen made out of skulls?" and that's where this drawing started. It turned out to be no mean feat, to put it mildly, but I got through it at any rate. After spending so much time on drawing it, the angel stands out very obviously to me, but I wonder if you'd catch that at first glance. I draw things like this from time to time, but I still struggle to figure out how obvious I should make them each time. There's probably no right answer.
Optical illusions and hidden image drawings usually hide something ominous like a skull. It's not like I don't understand what drives someone to want to do that, but I also don't think it would hurt to have one drawing that hides something that's a good omen to raise your spirits either.
