"Taso" (タソ/たそ) is a synonym for the suffix such as "chan", "chang", and "tan".
"Taso" derives from タン the katakana version of "tan", which is usually written in hiragana, because it looks similar to タソ.
"Taso" has some more slight euphemistic connotation than "tan", much more than "chan/chang", that can be interpreted as the speaker's shyness, excitement, amount of affection, and/or else.

"Anata" is a word that is often used by a wife to call her husband, and that sounds modest and respectful enough to agree with Japanese traditional view for a married couple.
