次やれるとしたら多分防水材の塗布かなというかんじです。
それはもう足場を組まないと怖くてできないので業者さんぷりーずってかんじですね。
そうなると「ついでに壁も」となってお値段ドーンっといきますねえ。

まあさらにその次に修理が必要になる頃には、ぼくはもう幻想郷に行ってるんじゃないかと！(笑)

I just glued up the cracks; there was nothing I could do about the underlying deterioration. I figure the next thing that could be done would be applying waterproofing. That would be too scary for me to do without assembling scaffolding, so it'll be "Please, Mr. Pro" thing. When that happens, we'll have them do the walls too, so the price will go through the roof. Sorry, couldn't resist.

Yeah, and the next time after that when repairs become necessary, maybe I'll already be off to Gensokyo! :-) So if I hang in there for one more round, I can manage!
