Welcome back to the Internet.
Imagine COVER rent a flat in this building, DC, Warner bros, and maybe the Frederator Studios occupying top floor, then the girls just crashed through every floors then stops at their office.
Some asked me who is this dude, he's Barbecue from G.I. Joe in 1985.
Just imagine the girls busted every floor, and so different characters from different universe all fall into the COVER office.
