Tanyao One of the easiest and lowest value hands in the game, formed by a hand containing only number tiles between 2 and 8. However, because this hand is all green bamboo tiles, this is actually ryuuiisou, a maximum value (yakuman) hand. Even further on top of that, it's suuankou - four concealed triplets - which would under some rules make it a double yakuman.
